We are pleased to announce that we have now signed and exchanged contracts for the Agreement to Lease of the 2acre site on the Broome Manor Golf Complex which will be used to build the Broome Manor Club.

The finalised lease agreement, which marks a significant landmark for our project, has been aligned to the Head Lease which was signed between the Golf Complex Operator, Twigmarket and Swindon Borough Council in Nov 2014 for 75 years. Although the contract is subject to conditions stated within the agreement it enables us to now proceed with the full planning application which we hope to submit very soon.

Prior to exchanging contracts everyone acknowledged that the agreement was good news for all parties. The ground rent would provide for an additional revenue source for the Golf Complex as well as paving the way for a fantastic new Health and Fitness facility which will not only serve golf players and members but the entire local community.
